Visit the bustling market to handpick fresh, organic ingredients while interacting with local vendors, experiencing the true flavor of the island as you explore Zanzibar’s Local Market. Hands-on Cooking with the Mamas, as you learn to cook authentic Zanzibari dishes from the Mamas, skilled women who are passionate about preserving and sharing their culinary traditions. This experience support women empowerment as the Mamas share their culinary expertise, passing down knowledge to future generations while empowering themselves and their community. At the end enjoy a delicious meal with the Mamas, eating the dishes you’ve prepared and connecting over stories and laughter in an atmosphere of warmth and community.
